"Absolutely Horrible customer service. I get the run around each time I call and never a straight answer. Each time I call I get a horrible attitude from the man who answers the phone and has to "connect me to a different person" while I am in the middle of talking. Called about making a claim today and they told me they could not help me but can connect me to a number that could. This number took me to a third party company. When I asked about what this third party company was he was clueless and said this has never happened before. I am absolutely shocked at the reviews this agent has after my last 2 interactions with this branch."

"Was put into contact with Wayne G. at Mr. De La Cruz’s Villa Park Office after the retirement of my State Farm Agent. Due to some company-level communication issues associated with the retirement of my [then] agent, I was a very unhappy customer. Wayne spent nearly an hour with me during my unscheduled phone call and was able to correct all issues. Not only did Wayne flawlessly handle my central issue, but also provided me with a review of all my policies and suggested changes to both save and maximize my money. Wayne was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a fantastic representative of this office. This was my first interaction with the Villa Park Office and, thanks to Wayne, I gladly look forward to many more."
